I would recommend Pilates Focus to anyone at any age wanting to increase their strength, flexibility and general wellbeing. I am 21 and I go two to three times a week and ever since doing so, have felt great improvements. I do the personalised programme in a class of four and it is tailored to suit me. Can’t get enough of it!
