I used this gym While my stay in Silverdale . One of the best gyms I’ve been to. Good equipment . Very helpful staff. Particularly I should mention Dean van wink who was my trainer . Dean is one of those trainers who’d go that extra mile to make sure that you achieve your results. Thank you so much Dean for all your advice and efforts.
